you agree to be bound by these terms.

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website you confirm 
that you are at least 18 years of age and that 
all information provided is accurate and complete. 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any 
order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Euros 
and include applicable taxes. LAVIGNE PARIS 
reserves the right to modify prices at any time 
without prior notice. The price charged will be 
the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of 
purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American 
Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Apple Pay, 
Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact and 
iDEAL. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive an 
automatic confirmation email. This confirmation 
does not constitute acceptance of your order. 
LAVIGNE PARIS reserves the right to cancel any 
order after confirmation in exceptional circumstances.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 
Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Standard 
shipping costs €4,99 and is free on orders over

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to 
return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed 
and in their original condition with tags attached.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of 
placement by contacting us at hello@lavigneparis.com. 
After this period cancellations cannot be guaranteed 
as your order may already be in preparation.

Limitation of Liability

LAVIGNE PARIS liability in connection with any 
purchase shall not exceed the total price paid 
for that purchase. We shall not be liable for 
any indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. 
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the courts of France.
