At LAVIGNE PARIS every order is handled with care. 
Here is everything you need to know.

Shipping

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery timeframes:
France and Belgium: 5 to 8 business days.
Rest of Europe: 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping rates:
Standard shipping: €4,99.
Free shipping on all orders over €75.

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking 
number by email. If your order has not arrived 
within the estimated timeframe please contact 
us at hello@lavigneparis.com.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a 
return or exchange. Items must be unworn, 
unwashed and in their original condition 
with tags attached.

To initiate a return email us at 
hello@lavigneparis.com with your order number. 
We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer. Refunds are processed within 
5 to 7 business days of receiving your return.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item 
we will arrange a replacement or full refund 
at no cost to you.
