Frequently Asked Questions

Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours
of placing it by contacting us at hello@lavigneparis.com.
After this period we cannot guarantee changes as
your order may already be in preparation.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email
immediately after placing your order. If you do
not receive it within one hour please check your
spam folder or contact us directly.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will
receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to
24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
France and Belgium: 5 to 8 business days.
Switzerland and Luxembourg: 6 to 10 business days.
Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain: 7 to 12 business days.
Rest of Europe: 8 to 14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €4,99. Shipping is free
on all orders over €75.

Do you ship outside Europe?
Currently we ship within Europe only. We are
working on expanding to further destinations soon.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@lavigneparis.com with your order
number and reason for return. Our team will respond
within 24 hours with return instructions.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to
request a return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return we will
process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to reflect
the amount.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Contact us at hello@lavigneparis.com within
30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange
subject to availability.

Products

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide
with measurements in both centimetres and inches.
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing
to the size chart before ordering.

Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces are true to size. Where a
style runs differently we note this on the
product page. When in doubt we recommend
sizing up.

How do I care for my LAVIGNE PARIS pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page.
Most pieces are machine washable on a cold cycle.
We recommend turning garments inside out and
using a gentle detergent to preserve the quality.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay,
Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact and iDEAL.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through
Shopify's SSL encrypted checkout system. Your
payment information is never stored on our servers.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer Klarna as a buy now pay later
option at checkout.
